Talk about future plans or goals. Always look for something new or ways to move the business.

Keep in mind:

  • If they are doing well: Ask for a review, case study, or referral
  • If things are going OKAY: Dive deep and see how we can turn that frown upside down
  • If it’s not going well: Be clear, relatable, and get to the bottom of the issue, so we can solve it
